Our Goal
The N.H.S.B.A. goal is the construction of a
Skateboard Park in a 104' x 92' area with in Hunington Park..
The 9,500 sq.ft
area donated by Northfield Village will feature a
"half-pipe", "fun box", "fly box", and several quarter pipes.
ur Goal is to start by raising $40,000 in an effort to kick the project off. |
Who:
- Nordonia Hills Skateboarders & Bikers Association (N.H.S.B.A.)
What:
- Construction of a Skateboard and Bike Park
Where:
- Behind the Northfield Village Plaza in Hunington Park. Near the
Magnolia Baseball Field.
When:
- Construction is scheduled to begin in spring of 2005
Why:
- It would be a place for Skaters, Bikers, and others to
safely engage in their sport.
A place that permits them to
safely participate in their sport of choice.

- Great Location
- Keeps Kids off public property and gives them a place
to skate, bike, and blade. |
What Does this Project Mean to You?
A Sport with such a large following is likely to bring increased patronize for
surrounding businesses.
Whether you are selling to the young adults,
or the
parents who will drive the kids to the park . Either
way the large demographic
of people from surrounding
communities could help your companies' profitability
by increasing the foot traffic into your business. It brings a much-needed place for
the youth to participate in
the sport they love.. Last but certainly not least,
having
a place for this particular activity will help in
keeping the participants off
sidewalks
and out of parking lots.
